Is this safe for my account?
We use the most secure connection method available. For Thumbtack, you authorize LeadWinner through Thumbtack's own official OAuth flow, the same secure method any approved app uses. For Google LSA (coming soon), you'll enter your Customer ID and accept a manager invitation in your Google Ads dashboard. We never ask for your password.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

When will the first credit card charge happen?
We charge once per week at the end of your billing period. So the first charge will occur one week after your trial ends.
Can the bot detect unqualified leads?
Yes, easily! In the settings under Messaging → Services Not Offered, simply list the services you don't provide. The AI will politely decline those requests.
What will the bot text to the customer?
By default, the AI sends a sales-optimized message with the customer's name, validation of the request, a call-to-action, your contact details, and a clarifying question. You can also customize the instructions.
